SUJI COOKIES
250g QBB Ghee
500g plain flour
2 teaspoon bicarbonate soda
170g icing sugar
3/4 teaspoon fine salt
Melt QBB over low heat n cool
Add vanilla essence to cooled ghee
Sift flour, bicarbonate soda, icing sugar n salt into mixing bowl
Pour ghee mixture in flour mixture n knead well to form a firm dough
Preheat oven to 180deg
Roll dough
Bake 25-30min
